Welcome!
My name is Tina, and my mother Ruth has been making Lebkuchen, Stollen, Zimsterne, Springerle and other classic German Christmas baked goods during the holidays for family and friends for over 50 years. It has been my pleasure to assemble and document her time-honored collection of recipes and techniques for you to enjoy. My father Paul is our devoted photographer.-
